Keepin' It Simple

I am counting down the days until Figure Skating is finished...feels like I am always counting down to something these days.   The ice show is this weekend and even though practices are only 30 minutes long, I'm running to the rink every night.  Luckily, we only have one evening of activities scheduled for the Spring, so things should get a smidge easier.  Plus, I am itching to get into my scrap room and clean...I know, not craft...clean.  I'm having a hard time getting any mojo looking at the piles of stuff so I have resovled to do something about it soon.

I was able to carve a few minutes out last Friday to sneak over to BananaStampers house and whip together a few simple cards.   This was one of them.  I hope you like it.
Stamps:  MFT
Paper:  CTMH
Ink:  Black
Accessories:  White Ribbon from Walmart, fun red scalloped card from MFT VIP Kit!  Woohoo!

I can relate, Danielle! Our kids are at practice between 6 and 7 days a week, it makes for a lot of driving. Plus, practices are too long to sit and wait (range from 2 hours to 3.5 hours).

Glad you found some time for yourself to go play with Shanna! Your card is adorable, I love that bow!

Love the scallopy card! Hang in there, only one more day of shows. They did a great job yesterday! Talk soon!

Oh I love the simplicity of this card. It's beautiful.

I had to clean up and re-organize all of my stuff too this week. I cannot create in a mess and I had let it get out of hand and it was starting to mess with my mojo!! :)

I'm sorry for not stopping by and visiting for so long now. I have too many activities and not enough time lately. Things are finally starting to slow down a bit. :)

Hi there!
Well this is just beautiful! Love the simplicity of the layout and the striking paper and colours. All topped off with that beautiful bow!
Hope you get a bit of cleaning done....mess does interfere with the thought process I find!
