Twilight Tuesday Sketch #18

I was a little skeptical of this sketch from Twilight Tuesday at first, but in the end, it was super easy to work with, and I may use it again.  I didn't make my centered image exactly as the sketch, but that's just how it goes sometimes.

The hubby has been dealing with some issues as of late, and when I was making this card, I was thinking of him and the encouragement and support that he needs to heal and get past this.  I know it is kind of a girly card, but he liked it anyway...I'm not actually giving it to him...just showing him what I made while thinking of him!  LOL!

The sentiment is a digital that I downloaeded from PaperMakeup Stamps.  I just love their sayings, and the digitals are especially great because I can size them how I want.  Paper is Basic Grey Urban Prairie that I picked up last spring on a trip.  I'm trying very hard to use up some of what I have so that I can purchase new stuff...at least, that's what I keep telling myself!  LOL!

Stamps:  Paper Makeup Stamps To accomplish great things
Paper:  Basic Grey Urban Prairie, Misc. Black
Ink: just what the printer uses!
Accessories:  Prima Flowers, Misc. Black Brads.

Love your card and the DSp is awesome! As we speak, I am trying out the whole can I blurf and walk on the treadmill business - well so far I've been walking and blurfing for twenty minutes and it is passing VERY quickly, though it slows down the typing for sure! I'm sure we'll talk later,
Shan

I really like this card. The patchwork style is interesting and the sentiment is great.
