Okay, I know this card appears to be late, but really my Mom did get it for Mother's Day, I just forgot to post it here. I've been trying to use up some of my stash so that in the fall when all the new CHA stuff is arriving on the shelves I won't feel so guilty adding some of it to my collection. So, for my Mom's card this year I used Basic Grey Piccadilly papers, which I picked up months ago. They really are some beautiful papers to work with.
I love how the sentiment inside fit perfectly on this fun MFT die. The stamp set is an Amy R Sentiments set and I wish that I had taken the time to make more cards with it...but there is always next year!
Have you ever looked at something a million times and never really seen it? Take a look at my watermark. I've been using the same one now for almost two years. See anything wrong? All this time I usually do it in black or grey. For whatever reason I chose white today and do you know what jumped out at me fist thing? I spelled blogspot wrong! Oh my gosh! How did that not get noticed before? LOL...sometimes we see things without really seeing them at all.
Everything used on my card, with the exception of the CTMH products and the cheap ribbon can be found at my Local Scrapbooking Store...DAT'S Scrapbooking!
