What a fitting name for a stamp "Love Boat", that's the name of this cute image from The Rubber Cafe. Since my mojo was flowing the other night, I made the base for this card while I was at it. Then last night I coloured the image and punched it out.
Oh, how I love to colour. I don't remember loving it as a child, in fact, I can't say I would have had enough patience for it. But now, sitting down with my markers and some paper just feels good, so relaxing. This is a simpler card, but sometimes that's what does the trick. On this card, I used the ole "cut the sentiment from the cardstock" trick and took these words from the Cosmo Cricket Earth Love papers that I've been using. They make me feel like fall time, which it is really. The colours are soft and warm. Makes me think pumpkin pie and falling leaves and turlenecks and toques! LOL!
I hope you're enjoying Stella and Angus...you can get your own by visiting The Rubber Cafe. I've got another creation from The Rubber Cafe coming up later this week....I can't wait to show you my Trick-or-Treaters!
