A Knitted Project

Hello!  I haven't been able to make it into my craft room for quite some time, but I do have  knitted project to show you.  I knit this hat using a sock yarn, and it is 60% Merino Wool...and washable!
The hat is super stretchy and I made it for a woman who has recently undergone radiation for a Brain Tumor and has last most of her hair.  It's a snug fit, but stylish and not too girly.
This is my Munchkin modelling the  I also took a picture of the pattern up close.  It looked really complicated but once I got started it was just a matter of repeating the stitches over and over.  Perfect project for sitting at the side of the pool while the kids swim.
I'm hoping to get into the craft room this week so hopefully I have something made of paper to show you soon.
