Paper Sundaes Birthday Challenge

Hello!  This week's challenge over at Paper Sundaes Challenge Blog is Birthday Cards and our sponsor is Stamp & Create.  You have all week to enter, so get creating...this is an easy one!
I used this week's Sweet Stop Sketch 62 for my card, and pulled out some Bo Bunny Shabby Princess papers that I've had forever.  I decided to go old school on the image and used my copics like I would regular markers...no shading on this image...I like it.  And, I got so involved in making my card, that I finished the inside too!

Yesterday was the first official day of Summer Vacation for our kids and they had a blast.  They spent the day playing with kids in the neighborhood and hubby helped a neighbor with fixing his deck.  Hubby laughed for the first time in a long time...it's almost like I have my hubby back. :)Supposed to rain all day today so I'll be doing some housework and hopefully spending a little time in my craft room.

Oh yeah, and have you heard...3 SLEEPS UNTIL I SEE ECLIPSE!

Stamps:  Stamp & Create, StampingBella Sentiments
Paper:  Bo Bunny Shabby Princess, CTMH Sunkiss Yellow, White
Ink:  Copic Markers, CTMH Black
Accessories:  Misc. Buttons, Prima Flower

Love how you colored the image and finished off the inside. So glad you got some time in the craft room and that hubby was out and about!
p.s. THREE sleeps woo hoo - just gotta figure out how the chicken pox might affect our little plan...oh well, if he has to watch movies on the computer upstairs while we are downstairs, that would still work.

Gorgeous! So bright and sunny and i love how you've coloured the image! The inside is faaaabulous too. Only 3 sleeps till eclipse? Oh you are so lucky! You must have an earlier release date in Canada (i suppose technically you are closer to Hollywood.....!) I have another 12 sleeps to go. We aren't going on the fisrt couple of dates as people will be camping out to get tickets and i don't care how cold and marbley his chest is, i like my creature comforts!) If it is disappointing you MUST NOT tell me this!!!
Glad you've had a good day :-)
