Holy Mojo Baby! SC246

Well, last night I locked myself in my craft room and went nuts!  I'm trying to not "sweat the small stuff" which is what keeps me from making cards.  I'm trying to take a more "put it on and if it doesn't work, don't do it again" approach to my cards.  And by golly, it's working.  I'm also trying to use sketches, to speed the process a little bit.
I got this great BoBunny paper from my friend Shanna for my Birthday last month...isn't it gorgeous.  The image, I got from ImageSwapping on SCS.  The sketch is the Splitcoast weekly card sketch  SC246 ('scuse the small picture).  I loved how quickly it all came together (less than 30 minutes) and that I was able to use an image that didn't fit the sketch "exactly" and it still worked.    I love when things just come together...I needed that today.
I was able to whip out a few more cards last night too, so I'll have some stuff to post for the next few days.  Today is Open House at the school, so the poor teacher gets to meet 20 + new family's in an hour...lucky lady!  I like that the kids are so proud of their new rooms and their desks etc.  So crazy that the little one is in school now...where does the time go?  Speaking of time, I better get some work done.  Thanks for looking.

I agree that it can be hard to just go with the flow in card making. I take so much time agonizing over all the little details. I think this card is adorable. I love the Anya image with the patterned papers and color combo you chose.
